SERVICES DIVISION CALL DESK

As part of our effort to enhance and improve customer support and service CSS TIRISANO Services Division has implemented a national Call Desk. All service requests can be logged toll-free from 08h00 to 16h30 on 0800 039 009. 

The call details will be relayed to the nearest CSS TIRISANO Services Division.

Service details are recorded to enable us to track service history and warranty status. With this information we    are thus able to proactively manage support problems.
