OVERVIEW OF SERVICES
The Services Division is a focused service and support team that provides the CSS customer base with high levels of service. The Services Division is certified to ISO 9001:2000 for the assembly, repair and support of computer systems and associated peripheral units, as well as the supply of contract staff to clients to perform similar services on the client's premises.
The services are flexible and can be customized to fit customer requirements.
Typical services we offer are:

Authorised warranty repair centre for HP/COMPAQ, IBM and EMC equipment.
Onsite service agreements for hardware and software support. These can include office hours or 24 x 7 support agreements with fast response and short repair times.

Back-up and loan equipment for contract customers.

National support infrastructure.

Outsourced IT services and solutions for clients. These include contracted staff on site, from installers and technicians to system specialists and site managers.

Full workshop repair service to board level with optional collection / delivery service for equipment.

Installation and roll-out services for new equipment and software, and system audits.

Full equipment refresh service for IBM and HP PC’s, with control over old equipment, cleaning of data from old equipment, and assistance with returns to finance companies.

Consultation services, including storage assessments, the design of storage and back-up solutions and the design of server consolidation architectures. These include Unix, Linux, Windows and Windows Terminal Server environments. Also addressed are implementation issues, performance and sizing.

Call desk service for contract clients. This includes after hours call logging, call escalation and SLA monitoring.
