BEE SHAREHOLDING
The Born Free Group comprises of black shareholders and holds 55% of CSS TIRISANO shares.
The black employees of CSS TIRISANO hold 10% in a staff share scheme, 7% are held by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. K. Gunguluza, making the total HDI ownership 72%.
Minority shareholders in management and professional staff hold the remaining 28% of the shares.
